6-Month Somatic Healing Program for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse

RISE

A Somatic Return

Narcissistic abuse is what happened to you.

Narcissistic trauma is what happened within you.

The severing of self-trust. The internalised shame. The attachment wounds. The identity that slowly disappeared. The parts of yourself that went into hiding and never fully came back.

Narcissistic trauma is how your whole self reorganized to survive it.

RISE is where you come back to yourself.

"Narcissistic trauma is the shape your survival took."

Understanding what happened was the beginning.

Your nervous system is still waiting for the rest.

Your nervous system does not update through understanding. It updates through experience — direct, repeated, felt experience of something new.

Experiences of safety. Of being met. Of the body learning, slowly and repeatedly, that it is safe enough to lay down its protective responses. Of grief that finally has somewhere to go. Of anger that is allowed to be intelligent rather than dangerous. Of joy the nervous system is learning to hold rather than brace against.

RISE is six months of new experiences for your nervous system. Not six months of learning about healing — six months of feeling it. In the body. In real time. In the right order.

That is what changes the wiring.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

RISE is for you if-

RISE is for the survivor who has already done significant work on themself — and knows, in their body, that there is a layer this work hasn't yet reached.

You are no longer in the relationship — or safely distanced from it — and you're ready to move beyond surviving into something that feels like actually living.

You experience anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional flooding, or shutdown — and you want to understand why and learn tools that actually shift it.

You've done therapy, read the books, worked on the mindset — and something in you knows there's a deeper layer that hasn't been reached yet.

You feel disconnected from your body, your sense of identity, or your capacity for joy — and you're ready to begin finding your way back.

You want to do this work in community — held by other women who understand the specific terrain of this healing, without having to explain yourself.

You're ready to work with your body, not just your mind — through somatic practice, breathwork, and embodied healing that reaches where insight alone cannot.

RISE is not for you right now if —

RISE is designed for survivors who are past the acute crisis stage because there is enough foundation to go deeper. You need to be physically safe, functionally stable enough to engage with content and practice, and somewhere in you — however quietly — ready for more than surviving.

If you are still in the acute early stage — still in crisis, still in the first weeks or months of post-separation life, still primarily in survival mode — Anchored is the right starting place. It builds exactly the foundation RISE rests on.

Not sure which is right for you? A single Clarity Coaching session is the clearest way to find out.

WHAT CHANGES

What RISE gives you

This is what six months inside RISE produces. Not insights to take home and try to apply. Actual, felt, lived change — in your body, your relationships, your daily experience of being yourself.

01

A nervous system you can actually trust

Learn to shift out of anxiety, panic, freeze, and shutdown using somatic tools that work in real time — so regulation stops being something you chase and becomes something you live.

02

A steady, trustworthy relationship with your own body

Your body becomes a source of information and guidance — not confusion or fear. The hypervigilance quiets. The chronic bracing begins to release. You start to feel at home in yourself.

03

Boundaries that hold — without the internal war

Less people-pleasing, less second-guessing, less collapsing under pressure. Your no becomes something you can hold. Your yes becomes something you can trust. Both come from you, not from fear.

04

Relief from the loops — rumination, overthinking, replaying

When your body learns safety, your mind finally quiets. The obsessive processing of what happened — the why, the what-if, the reconstruction — begins to loosen its grip.

05

A genuine return to yourself — voice, needs, identity, joy

Beyond survival & performance. The real one. The person underneath the adaptations — your preferences, your intuition, your capacity for ease and pleasure and connection — begins to resurface.

These are not aspirational. They are what women consistently report after moving through this work. And they compound — each one making the next more possible.

They say time heals. And just go to therapy.

"If you just process it enough — talk about it enough, understand it enough — eventually it will stop hurting."

For some kinds of pain, that's true. But trauma doesn't live in the mind. It lives in the body. In the nervous system that adapted to survive. In the breath that's been shallow for so long you've stopped noticing. In the muscles that have been braced for impact since long before the relationship ended.

No amount of insight overrides a nervous system still wired for danger. You can understand everything that happened — understand it completely, articulately, with full compassion for yourself — and still wake up at 3am flooded, still flinch at a tone of voice, still find yourself performing okayness while something in you is still scanning the horizon for threat.

That isn't a failure of insight. That isn't something more understanding will fix. That is a body that hasn't yet received the direct, embodied, repeated experience of safety it needs to update its story.

Healing that doesn't reach the body doesn't reach the trauma. That is not a philosophy. This is what decades of neuroscience — including the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology — has established: the nervous system updates through direct bodily experience, not through understanding alone. And what survivors in RISE experience, often for the first time, as something they can actually feel.

This is what the neuroscience of trauma has established — and what I experienced in my own body after years of working with my mind alone. RISE is built entirely on this understanding. The practices give your nervous system the direct experience of safety it needs to update its story. The Field Guide gives your mind the clarity to make sense of what your body is healing. Together, they produce what insight alone never could.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Everything RISE includes

This is not a library of content to work through at will. Every element of RISE is sequenced, layered, and built around how the nervous system of a narcissistic abuse survivor actually heals — so that each piece you receive is the right piece, at the right moment, in the right order.

01

The Six Healing Portals

Six months of structured somatic healing — each portal building directly on the last, guided by an archetype that holds the specific energy of that stage of recovery.

Safety and orientation. Nervous system regulation. Inner child and reparenting. Boundaries and reclamation. Emotional alchemy. The expansion into joy.

Each portal contains 15–20 lessons — a combination of somatic video lessons, guided audio practices, breathwork recordings, journaling prompts, and a portal guidebook that orients you to the territory ahead and holds you through it. Lessons release weekly at a pace your nervous system can genuinely absorb — never faster than integration allows.

90–120 lessons total · Guided audio throughout · Portal guidebooks included

02

GUIDED AUDIO SOMATIC PRACTICES

The heart of every portal. These are not meditation recordings — they are precise, body-based practices designed for the specific nervous system states and healing stages of narcissistic abuse recovery. Resourcing. Orienting. Somatic tracking. Parts work. Breathwork. Emotional processing. Boundary embodiment.

Each practice is something you can return to long after the portal ends — because the nervous system learns through repetition, and these become the tools you reach for in your actual life.

Woven throughout all six portals · Yours to keep and return to

03

The Narcissistic Abuse Field Guide

30+ psychoeducational lessons on narcissistic abuse, coercive control, trauma bonding, shame, gaslighting, and attachment wounds — written with clarity and care, entirely free of clinical jargon.

Your body does the healing inside RISE. This is what gives your mind the framework to understand what your body is healing — and why. Validation. Clarity. The cognitive layer that helps everything else make sense.

Self-paced · Available throughout your entire RISE journey

04

THE SURVIVOR'S TOOLKIT

100+ somatic healing cards across five phases of recovery — designed as your between-session companion for the entire arc of this healing.

RISE moves through phases three, four, and five of recovery. The Toolkit covers all five — which means it meets you where you are now, supports everything you move through inside RISE, and remains relevant long after the program ends.

Every card has two sides: one for the moment you're in, one for the understanding that helps you move through it. Grounding practices. Regulation tools. Emotional processing. Boundary embodiment. Resourcing. Nervous system education. Organised by healing phase so you always know where to find what you need — wherever the spiral takes you.

This is the tool for the hard Tuesday afternoon. The night before a difficult conversation. The moment something shifts and you want to let it land.

Organised by healing phase · Yours to keep permanently

05

LIFETIME ACCESS TO ALL RECORDINGS

Every lesson, every guided practice, every breathwork recording — yours permanently. Healing is not linear, and the portal you needed most in month two may speak to you differently in month eight. Nothing is ever lost, and nothing expires.

Lifetime access · Return as many times as you need

For those in the Live Container:

06

WEEKLY LIVE INTEGRATION & Q&A SESSIONS

One hour each week inside a live container with Jess and your cohort — bringing the curriculum into direct contact with your actual life. This is where the somatic work gets integrated, questions get answered in real time, and the experiences of the week find language and witness.

What happens in these sessions is not reachable through content alone. It is the relational layer of healing — and for survivors of narcissistic abuse, whose nervous systems were wounded in relationship, healing in relationship is not optional. It is the point.

Weekly · All sessions recorded

07

PRIVATE COMMUNITY — 32 WEEKS OF ACCESS

A witnessed, boundaried, carefully held space for the women moving through RISE together. This is not just a Facebook group. It is a container — with clear agreements, active facilitation, and the specific quality of being known by people who understand exactly what you survived without needing it explained.

For many women, this becomes one of the most significant healing relationships of the entire journey.

32 weeks · Held with care throughout

In total: 90–120 somatic video and audio lessons. 30+ psychoeducational lessons. 100+ healing tools. Eight months of live support. A community that holds you through all of it. And lifetime access to recordings so nothing is ever lost.

This is not a program you complete and leave behind. It is a foundation you carry forward.

THE HEALING ARC

Six portals. One return.

Trauma fragments. Healing reconnects. Each portal brings another part of you back into relationship with the whole.

Each portal builds on the last. This is a sequenced arc, designed around how the nervous system of a narcissistic abuse survivor actually heals. Each portal meets you exactly where you are.

THE HAVEN WEAVER

The Sanctuary of Safety

Before anything else — before processing, before understanding, before reclaiming — your nervous system needs something it may never have fully had: a genuine, embodied experience of safety.

Narcissistic abuse keeps the body in a permanent state of low-grade threat. You were always scanning. Always managing. Always braced for the next shift in mood, the next withdrawal, the next rewrite of reality. Even now that you're out, your body doesn't know it's over. It's still running the old program.

This portal begins to give your nervous system what it needs to eventually settle: real, repeated, body-level experiences of safety. Grounding. Orienting. Resourcing. Learning what calm actually feels like so you can begin to return to it.

Everything else in RISE is built on this foundation. Safety is where healing begins.

"I can find and feel safety again."

THE BREATHWALKER

The Remembering

Narcissistic abuse is a masterclass in disconnecting you from your own internal signals. You learned to override what you felt. To second-guess what you sensed. To distrust the quiet voice that kept trying to tell you something was wrong.

This portal restores that connection — through your body.

You'll learn to read your own nervous system: what your states actually feel like, what's driving them, and how to work with your physiology. You'll develop the somatic awareness that makes everything else in this program possible — because you can't regulate what you can't feel, and you can't reclaim yourself while the ability to sense what you actually are remains out of reach.

By the end of this portal, your body becomes a source of information. That changes everything.

"My body is wise and I am listening."

THE EMBER GUARDIAN

The Rekindling

Narcissistic abuse doesn't just happen in the relationship. For most survivors, the relationship activated wounds that were already there — patterns laid down long before, in a family that may have taught you early that your needs were too much, your feelings were inconvenient, or that your worth was conditional.

This portal goes to those roots — gently, carefully, at the pace your nervous system can hold.

Through inner child work, parts work, and somatic reparenting, you begin to tend the places that were wounded before the relationship ever began. The part of you that learned to make yourself small. The part that fawned for safety. The part that believed the story that you were the problem.

You become, in this portal, the steady and loving presence those parts never had. And in doing so, you begin to rebuild the internal connection that narcissistic abuse is specifically designed to destroy.

"I can be the warmth I once needed."

THE SENTINEL OF SOVEREIGNTY

The Liberation

Survivors of narcissistic abuse often arrive at the word "boundaries" carrying a complicated relationship to it. You've read about them. You've tried to set them. And something — the guilt, the fear of loss, the trained reflex to collapse — has made them feel impossible to hold.

That is fawning — the survival response that narcissistic abuse specifically cultivates. You learned that your safety depended on anticipating what others needed and erasing yourself to provide it. Fawning kept you safe once. And your system is ready to learn something new.

This portal reclaims anger as the intelligent, protective force it actually is — and teaches you to let it guide honest expression. Boundaries become the natural expression of who you actually are. Your no becomes something you can hold. Your yes becomes something you can trust.

"My truth is my protection."

THE DEVOTIONAL ALCHEMIST

The Everdeep

This is the portal most healing programs skip — and it's where many survivors quietly stall.

You've built safety. You've learned regulation. You've done the inner work. And there is still a vast interior landscape of grief, rage, shame, and loss waiting to be met. The emotions that were too dangerous to feel inside the relationship. The mourning for the life you thought you had, the person you thought they were, the years you gave. The anger that still doesn't have anywhere to go.

This portal is about learning that emotion can move through you — that grief is evidence of your capacity to love, that rage has wisdom, that the full range of your feeling self is something to inhabit. When you can feel it all and remain standing, you are free in a way that no amount of understanding can produce.

"What I feel, I can transform."

THE EMPRESS OF OVERFLOW

The Bloom

The first five portals built something extraordinary. Safety became your foundation. Awareness gave you language for what your body already knew. Trust returned you to yourself. Courage let you act from what is true. Capacity opened you to the full range — grief, rage, the love that had nowhere to land.

Portal 6 asks a different question: Now that you are here — who are you?

This is the portal of flourishing. When a nervous system has done this work, more becomes possible. Thinking clears. Connection deepens. A life that is genuinely, bodily yours begins to take shape — and you become the architect of it.

The Bloom moves through four territories. It opens with identity: the self that was always underneath the adaptation, the person who knows what she values and authors her own life from that knowing. It moves into the art of receiving — rest, play, ease, and the somatic experience of letting goodness fully land. It moves into the garden of your life, where you tend what you are growing, create from overflow, and begin to envision what a day that is truly yours looks and feels like. It closes with resolution: the settling that arrives when the nervous system is no longer organizing around what was done to you.

Joy lives throughout — as the natural expression of a person inhabiting a life that is genuinely her own.

Safety was the soil. This is the bloom.

"My joy is my birthright."

WHY RISE EXISTS

I didn't build this path from textbooks. I built it from the rubble of a life that broke — more than once.

I grew up beneath the shadow of a narcissistic father, learning early how to contort myself for safety, for peace, for love that never quite landed. I married young and tried to build something different — only to find myself, two decades later, in the same storm through a different door. When that relationship ended, my world came apart in pieces I didn't know how to hold.

I did what many do... researched, bought books, listened to podcasts, went to therapy. The insight was there. But my body was still braced, anxious, heavy, and disoriented. And then I began working with my body — and for the first time, I felt my healing. Not understood it. Felt it. That was the difference that changed everything.

Somatic work reached what years of talking hadn't been able to touch — the bracing in my chest, the hypervigilance I'd lived in so long I'd stopped noticing it, the parts of me that had gone quiet in order to survive and didn't yet know it was safe to return.

And then I began working with my body — and for the first time, I felt my healing. Not understood it. Felt it. That was the difference that changed everything.

I hold a Master's in Counseling. I am certified in breathwork and narcissistic relationship recovery. I have supported hundreds of survivors through this specific terrain. And I built RISE the way I did because I know — from the inside — that the standard approaches are not enough for what narcissistic abuse does to a person.

There is a distinction that changed everything about how I understand this healing — and how I built this program.

Narcissistic abuse is what happened to you. The tactics, the coercion, the gaslighting, the systematic dismantling of your reality.

Narcissistic trauma is what happened within you. The severing of self-trust. The internalised shame. The attachment wounds. The identity that slowly disappeared. The parts of yourself that went into hiding and never fully came back.

Most healing resources address the abuse. They name the tactics, explain the patterns, validate the experience.

RISE addresses the trauma. What happened within. The six layers of narcissistic trauma that need to be tended for the healing to be complete.

That distinction is what every portal of RISE is built around.

If you are standing at that threshold — ready but afraid, knowing something has to shift but not sure how to let it — I built this for you.

THIS IS NOT ONCE A WEEK

In traditional therapy, the skill lives in the room. In RISE, it lives in you — permanently.

Traditional healing asks you to show up once a week, process what's been hard, and carry the insights home until next time. The skill, the wisdom, the steadiness — it lives in the room. In someone else's expertise. In the relationship that ends when the hour does.

RISE works differently.

Here, you are building something that lives in you. The somatic practices become yours. The nervous system tools become yours. The capacity to meet your own grief, your own anger, your own fear — and stay present with it — becomes yours. These are not coping strategies borrowed for the week. They are skills that wire into your body through practice and repetition and become part of how you move through the world.

Six months of immersive, structured, body-based healing — with support around you as you integrate it into your actual life. The Tuesday afternoon. The triggered moment. The conversation that would have flattened you before.

Women inside RISE consistently describe reaching in six months what years of weekly sessions hadn't been able to touch. Not because therapy isn't valuable. Because this reaches the layer where the trauma actually lives — and gives you the tools to work with it yourself, for the rest of your life.

That is a different kind of investment. And a different kind of return.

FROM RISE MEMBERS

Whispers from the path

I came to RISE eight months after leaving. I thought I was doing okay. I was functioning & I was stable. What I didn't know was how much of me was still missing. Still braced. Still waiting for something to go wrong.

I did months of therapy, which was helpful. But RISE reached places that talk therapy hadn't touched. The somatic practices felt strange at first — I wasn't used to paying attention to my body. And then something started shifting. Slowly, then unmistakably. The hypervigilance began to quiet. I started trusting my own reactions again. I started recognizing myself.

I joined because I wanted to survive better. I stayed because I realized I was learning to actually live for the first time in years. This program changed everything.

— Tanya, Single Mom & RISE Sister

I want to be clear about where I was before RISE: I had done four years of therapy. I had read so many books. I understood my attachment patterns, my nervous system, my trauma responses — intellectually, completely. And I still couldn't sleep through the night. I still flinched at certain tones of voice. I still didn't fully trust myself.

Nothing I had tried reached the place where the trauma actually lived. RISE did. The practices gave my body the direct experience that all of my understanding had been circling for years. Within the first portal, something in me began to settle in a way I hadn't felt since before the relationship.

If you have done the reading and the therapy and you are still waiting to feel better in your body — this is the work.

— Janelle, RISE Member

I didn't believe I could feel safe in my body again. That is the honest truth of where I started. After everything I'd been through, my body felt like a place I had to survive rather than live in.

Every portal of RISE brought me closer to something I didn't have a word for until I felt it: home. The moment I realized I was genuinely safe (not just thinking the words but feeling them, in my chest, in my breath, in the way I was sitting)... I cried for a long time. It was the most significant moment of my recovery.

This program is extraordinary. It wasn't always easy, but it is real. And it works.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time does RISE require each week?

The self-directed curriculum is designed for 60 to 90 minutes per week — a rhythm that works with your life rather than demanding you reorganise around it. This includes your somatic practices and educational lessons, released weekly at a pace your nervous system can genuinely absorb.

If you are in the Live Container, add one hour per week for the live integration and Q&A session, plus one additional hour per month for the breathwork and group intensive. Most women in the Live path find they are investing around two to two and a half hours per week total — and that this becomes one of the most protected and nourishing parts of their week.

All live sessions are recorded. If life happens — and it will — nothing is ever lost.

How do I know if I'm ready for RISE?

If you are safely out of the relationship — or safely distanced from it — and something in you knows that surviving is no longer enough, you are likely ready.

You do not need to have done extensive healing work before you begin. Portal 1 is specifically designed to meet you exactly where you are and build the foundation everything else rests on. What matters is that you are no longer in active crisis or danger, and that you are genuinely ready to focus on yourself — your healing, your body, your return.

If you are unsure, a free 20-minute call with Jess will give you a clear answer. There is no pressure in that conversation — only clarity.

Is RISE a substitute for therapy?

RISE is a somatic healing program — not therapy, and it does not replace individual clinical care. It is held with deep trauma-informed expertise and designed specifically around the neuroscience of narcissistic abuse recovery. Many women move through RISE alongside therapy and find the two support each other powerfully. Others come to RISE after therapy has taken them as far as it could and they are ready for the next layer. What matters is that you have the right support for where you are — and that RISE is one part of a care ecosystem that serves you, not the whole of it.

I've tried other programs and courses. How is RISE different?

Most healing programs are built around content — information to absorb, strategies to apply, mindset work to practise. RISE is built around your nervous system. The sequencing, the pacing, the practices — all of it is designed around how the body of a narcissistic abuse survivor actually heals, in the order it actually needs.

The difference is not what you learn. It is what you feel. Survivors in RISE consistently describe a quality of shift that years of content-based healing hadn't produced — because for the first time, the work is happening at the level where the trauma lives.

What if I fall behind or life gets in the way?

RISE is designed with real life in mind. The curriculum releases weekly, but you move through it at the pace your nervous system asks for. You have 32 weeks of access to the Live Container, and lifetime access to all recordings — so nothing is ever lost and there is no point at which you have fallen too far behind to continue.

Healing is not linear. RISE is built to hold that.

I'm further along in my healing. Is RISE still right for me?

Yes — and often more so. Women who have done significant healing work frequently find that RISE reaches the layer that everything else was circling. The somatic depth of this program is not entry-level. The later portals — The Everdeep and The Bloom — are specifically designed for women who have already done the cognitive and psychological work and are ready for the embodied integration that completes it.

If you have been doing this work for years and still feel like something hasn't quite landed — that is exactly what RISE is built for.

I'm worried about being in a group. Will I have to share things I'm not ready to share?

Everything inside RISE is consensual. You will never be asked to share more than you are ready to offer. The community is held with clear boundaries and careful facilitation — it is a witnessed space, not a confessional one. Many women arrive with this exact concern and find, over time, that being witnessed by women who genuinely understand this specific terrain becomes one of the most healing parts of the entire journey.

You set the pace. You choose what you bring. The container holds whatever that is.

What if I start in the Self-Directed path and want to move into the Live Container?

You can move into the Live Container at any point. Reach out and Jess will make it work — the transition is simple and the investment difference is straightforward. You never lose access to what you've already built.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Both paths are available on a six-month payment plan — $105 per month for the Self-Directed curriculum and $210 per month for the Live Container.

The person you are underneath all of this is not gone.

That person is waiting.

You have already done the hardest thing. You survived something that was specifically designed to make you doubt your own reality, distrust your own body, and believe that you were the problem.

You were never the problem.

And the life on the other side of this healing — the one with ease in it, and genuine joy, and the embodied sense of being completely, quietly, undeniably yourself — that life is not a fantasy. It is what becomes possible when your nervous system finally learns that it is safe to come home.

RISE was built to take you there. Six months. Six portals. Every layer of this healing held with expertise, care, and the company of survivors who understand exactly where you have been.

You do not have to white-knuckle your way back to yourself. You do not have to do this alone. And you do not have to wait until you feel ready — because readiness is something RISE helps you build, beginning in the very first portal.

The only thing required to begin is the part of you that already knows it's time.

Somatic Gateway

Body-based healing for women recovering from narcissistic abuse and coercive control. You survived. Now it's time to come home.
