The Post-Separation Safety Audit for Narcissistic Abuse Survivors

Work through the exact safety checklist I created for survivors to identify vulnerabilities and build protection across the most common areas of post-separation abuse, so safety stops being a feeling you're chasing and starts being something you can actually verify.

In This Free Guide, You'll Learn:

  • The 6 critical safety categories most survivors overlook — from digital surveillance to flying monkeys — so you know exactly where to focus first instead of feeling paralyzed by everything at once.

  • The co-parenting safety protocol that helps you document violations, establish boundaries, and protect your children through exchanges — without giving your ex more ammunition.

  • A step-by-step digital safety checklist to identify hidden tracking, secure your accounts, and cut off access points you didn't even know existed — so you can stop wondering if you're being watched.

  • A curated list of professional resources — crisis lines, legal aid, financial empowerment tools, and co-parenting apps — so you're never starting from scratch or searching alone.

What Other's Are Saying After Getting The AUDIT...

I thought I had done everything right after leaving. This audit showed me how many access points were still wide open. It was uncomfortable to see, but it was exactly what I needed. I had been wondering why I still felt so unsafe even though the relationship was over. The audit answered that question clearly and gave me a starting point I actually understood.

T.S.

Nobody told me what to do when I left. I was just trying to get through each day and hoping I was making the right decisions. This audit gave me a clear picture of where I was vulnerable and what needed to be addressed first. It felt like someone finally handed me a map at the moment I needed one most.

A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey there!

I'm Jess, and I help survivors of narcissistic abuse reclaim safety, self-trust, and identity so they can stop surviving and start building a life that is finally, unapologetically their own.

But it hasn't always been this way.

I didn't wake up to narcissism until I was 40 years old. It took my husband of twenty years discarding me for his affair partner for everything to crack open. In that moment, I could suddenly see the patterns — not just in my marriage, but in my entire life. The ways I had made myself small. The decades of over-functioning and under-asking. The survival strategies I had carried since childhood.

Every coping mechanism I had ever built failed simultaneously. And from rock bottom, I finally saw something clearly: if I was going to be loved, I had to start with me.

The very first footing of my rebuilding was safety. Not therapy, not healing — safety first. I had to stop the bleeding before I could begin to heal.

That's exactly why I created this audit for you. Because knowing where your gaps are is the first step toward closing them.

One step at a time. That's the whole protocol.

See you inside,

Jess
