You might be feeling this
You left — and somehow things feel harder, not easier. The chaos hasn't stopped, it just changed shape.
You may have even left long ago — and you still don't feel like yourself. You've done therapy, reading, the work. You understand what happened. And your body is still doing what it always did.
Your body won't settle. You're either spinning with anxiety or so flat and exhausted you can barely function.
You know something needs to shift but every time you try to think your way through it, the body still stay stuck in survival mode.
You're navigating court dates, custody exchanges, financial stress, a smear campaign — and trying to heal at the same time.
The people around you don't fully understand what you've been through. You feel alone in it.
You're looking for something that explains what happened — and gives you real tools for getting through this.
You are not broken for feeling this way. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was trained to do in order to survive.

The honest truth
It spent months — maybe years — organizing itself entirely around surviving. Around detecting threat, managing unpredictability, and seeking the moments of connection that kept you attached even when harm was present.
That doesn't simply stop when you leave. Your body is still running the patterns it built. Still braced. Still scanning. Still reaching for regulation through the one source it was trained to reach for.
This is your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do — and it can learn something new.
Healing from narcissistic abuse isn't just about understanding what happened. It's about helping your body — slowly, safely, with the right tools — learn that it's okay to set down your survival responses.
The nervous system does not heal on a timeline. It heals when it receives the direct, repeated, embodied experience of safety it needs to update its wiring. That is what Anchored is built to give you — whether you left three months ago or three years ago.
WHAT ANCHORED IS
Anchored is two recorded sessions with Jess — each one building on the last. Together they form a complete foundation: the nervous system education, the body-based tools, and the practical protocols that reach the place where the healing actually needs to happen.
Move through it at your own pace. Pause when you need to. Return to any practice as many times as it asks you to. The nervous system heals at the pace of safety — and this course is built to honor that.
Everything in Anchored is yours permanently. The tools, the practices, the felt sense of what regulation begins to feel like in your body.
✔ You stop feeling crazy for still feeling this way. For the first time, what's happening in your body makes complete sense — not as a personal failing, but as a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do.
✔ You have something real to reach for in the hardest moments. At 2am when the loops won't stop. In the parking lot after a custody exchange. In the thirty seconds before you have to respond to a text you weren't ready for. Tools that actually work — in the moment, in your body, wherever you are.
✔ The contact urge rises — and you ride it out without acting on it.
✔ The rumination loop starts — and you have an interrupt that pulls you out of your head and back into your body.
✔ The custody exchange happens — and you have a five-step reset that means it doesn't take the rest of the day with it.
✔ You understand the protection side of this healing. Contact frameworks, parallel parenting tools, and post-separation abuse — named clearly, so you can begin making decisions that actually protect your nervous system.
✔ The shame arrives — and it doesn't consume you.
✔ A moment of inner knowing comes — and for the first time, you trust it.
✔ You have a daily practice that is entirely yours. Five minutes. Chosen from what actually landed in your body. Small enough to do on the worst days. Consistent enough to begin building what your nervous system needs most — evidence that safety is possible.

Inside the COURSE
Each session builds directly on the last — a complete, sequenced journey from nervous system foundation through to the hardest terrain of this healing. Move through them at your own pace. Pause. Return. Let each session settle before moving to the next.
SESSION 1
The Foundation
“Understanding what happened — and giving your body something to stand on.”
You will leave this session with a clear map of what coercive control did to your nervous system, a beginners set of body-based tools you've already practiced, and a personalized daily anchor practice to carry you through the week. For many survivors, this session is the first time the symptoms make sense — not as personal failings, but as the body doing exactly what it learned to do.
The Protection Primer · Nervous System Education · Orienting · Grounding · Resourcing · Havening · Self-Holding · Bilateral Stimulation · Your Daily Anchor Practice
SESSION 2
The Application
“Taking your tools into the hardest moments.”
The second session takes everything you've built and brings it directly into the terrain where it matters most: rumination loops, the pull to reach out, custody exchanges, post-contact dysregulation — and the three practices specific to what narcissistic abuse does to identity, shame, and self-trust.
Nervous System Mapping · Stress Cycle Completion · The Rumination Reset · The Contact Urge · The Post-Contact Reset Protocol · Shame Resilience · Self-Trust Rebuild
Your guide

I created Anchored because I kept seeing the same gap — survivors in early healing who needed something specific, something honest, something that met them in the actual reality of those first weeks and months rather than asking them to reach for transformation they weren't yet ready for.
I hold a Master's in Counseling and am certified in breathwork and narcissistic relationship recovery. I've supported hundreds of survivors through this specific terrain — the early months, the dysregulation, the confusion of trying to heal while everything is still in motion. I built Anchored because I kept seeing women in this stage with nowhere to go that actually met them where they were.

Anchored is somatic education and guided practice — not talk therapy, and intentionally so. In a traditional therapy session, you talk about what's been hard and leave with insight. In Anchored, you practice — in your body, in real time — the tools that change what the nervous system does. The skill builds in you through repetition, not through understanding alone. Many women do Anchored alongside therapy and find the two work powerfully together. Others come because therapy hasn't been enough. Both are welcome here.
You will receive an email with your login details immediately after purchase. Everything — both session recordings, the guided audio practices, the session companion guides, and all additional resources — is waiting for you inside your course portal. Lifetime access. Nothing expires.
Anchored is designed to be moved through at your own pace. Each session is approximately 90 minutes of content. Most people find it most effective to give themselves a week between sessions — time for Session 1 to settle in the body before Session 2 builds on it. But there is no required timeline. You move at the pace your nervous system allows.
Anchored is somatic education and guided practice — not therapy, not crisis support, and not a replacement for clinical mental health care. If you are in active crisis, please reach out to a mental health professional or crisis line first. Anchored is designed for people who are past the acute crisis stage and ready to begin building a foundation.
Yes. Anchored was built with ongoing contact in mind. The Protection Primer in Session 1 addresses this directly — including contact frameworks, co-parenting tools, and how to understand contact as a nervous system decision. You do not need to have achieved no-contact for this work to be relevant and useful.
Yes — and it may be exactly what has been missing. Narcissistic abuse creates nervous system dysregulation that does not resolve on its own without the right tools. The body does not heal on a timeline — it heals when it receives the direct, repeated, embodied experience of safety it needs. If your body is still running the patterns the relationship built — still bracing, still scanning, still not quite settled — Anchored was built for exactly where you are.
Anchored is a self-paced course — both sessions are pre-recorded and available immediately after purchase. You move through them at your own pace, pause whenever you need to, and return as many times as the practices ask you to. If you are looking for a live container with Jess, Clarity Coaching offers individual sessions, and RISE offers a live container option.
Yes. Anchored is available as two payments of $75, charged 30 days apart. The same full access, the same recording delivery.
Anchored is the beginning of the arc, not the end. When you have more capacity — more stability, more curiosity than crisis — RISE: A Somatic Return is the deeper container. Anchored graduates receive a $100 off of RISE when they’re ready. There is no pressure and no timeline. You move at the pace your nervous system allows.
Body-based healing for survivors of narcissistic abuse and coercive control. You survived. Now it's time to come home.
