Somatic Gateway · The Survivor's Toolkit

Finally — a map for
how to actually heal.

100+ somatic healing cards across five phases of recovery from narcissistic abuse and coercive control.

There is so much information about what narcissistic abuse is. Almost nothing on how to heal from it. Nobody tells you that healing has predictable stages — or that there are specific skills for each one. This deck is the map nobody gave you. A skill for every phase. A card for every moment of the journey.

"Your nervous system isn't broken. It's doing exactly what it learned to do — and there are specific skills built for each stage of what comes next."

THE MAP NOBODY GAVE YOU

Healing from narcissistic abuse has predictable stages.

And specific skills for each one.

There is a tremendous amount of information out there about what narcissistic abuse is — the patterns, the tactics, the psychology. What almost nobody talks about is how to actually heal from it.

Nobody tells you that healing moves through recognisable phases. That your nervous system is not broken — it is responding exactly as it was trained to respond, and there are specific somatic tools that help it find its way back. That there is a forward direction, and that you are already on it.

"The Survivor's Toolkit is not another explanation of what happened to you. It is a roadmap for what comes next — phase by phase, skill by skill, one card at a time."

100+ cards across five phases of healing. Every card holds one skill — a practice, a reframe, or a nervous system tool built specifically for where you are in that phase. The front names the moment. The back gives you the clinical understanding and the steps to move through it.

THE FIVE PHASES

Healing has a shape. Here it is.

Recovery from narcissistic abuse moves through five recognisable phases — each with its own terrain, its own challenges, and its own specific set of skills. This is the roadmap. You are already somewhere on it.

01

See & Asses

"Something in you already knows."

This is the phase that changes everything — not because it fixes anything, but because it ends the confusion. When what you have been living finally has a name, the self-blame begins to loosen. The question stops being "what is wrong with me?" and starts being "what was done to me?" That shift is not small. It is the foundation every other phase builds on.

25 CARDS

Naming the harm · Gaslighting · Coercive control · The trauma bond · DARVO · Identity erosion · Trusting your perception · Financial Abuse · Gaslighting · Seeing the Pattern · Trusting Your Perception · Your Inner Compass · Rumniation

02

Discern & Act

"Clarity is not a destination. It's a direction."

This is the hardest phase to navigate alone — because the decisions here are real, and the stakes are high, and the person who caused the harm has spent years making you doubt your own judgment. These cards don't tell you what to decide. They help you hear yourself clearly enough to decide for yourself. Whatever direction is yours — these cards support it without agenda.

20 CARDS

Clarity · The responsibility split · Cost of Staying · Detaching · The stranger standard · Choosing yourself · Releasing the fantasy · Grey rock · No Contact/Low Contact

03

Protect & Stabilize

"You only have to do the next small thing."

This is the phase for the body — for the moments when understanding isn't enough and you just need something to reach for right now. These are the tools that work in the parking lot, in the middle of the night, in the thirty seconds before you have to respond to a text you weren't ready to receive. Practical, immediate, and entirely yours — whatever happens next.

19 CARDS

Creating a Safe Space · Resourcing · Nourishing Your Body · Daily Anchor Practice · Orienting · Grounding · Self Holding· Body Scan · Sleep · Post-contact reset · Safe support · Financial ground

04

Process & Heal

"Your body holds what your mind couldn't."

This is where the healing stops being about the story and starts being about what the story left in your body. Grief that hasn't had anywhere to go. Anger that was never safe to feel. Shame that arrived so gradually you stopped noticing it was there. These cards hold the practices that move what's stored — not by forcing it, but by creating the conditions in which it can finally begin to release.

20 CARDS

Working with Trauma · Nervous system · Self-Compassion · Activation · Freeze · Titration · Pendulation · Stress Cycles · Anger · Grief · Shame · Witnessing · Inner Child · Forgiving Self · Completing the narrative

05

The Spiral Path

"You are not starting over. You are going deeper."

This is the phase most healing resources never reach. Joy. Voice. Pleasure. Healthy love. Becoming. Not as aspirational concepts — as actual, embodied, lived experiences your nervous system is learning to hold. This phase exists because healing was never just about surviving what happened. It was always about returning to the person who existed before it — and discovering who they have become.

21 CARDS

Joy · Pleasure · Voice · Healthy love · Setting standards · Integration · The cycle ends with you · Passing it forward · Trusting Again · Becoming · Parenting from Wholeness

04

Process & Heal

"Your body holds what your mind couldn't."

19 CARDS

Activation · Freeze/shutdown · Titration · Pendulation · Grief · Shame · Inner child · Reparenting · Completing the narrative

SEE EVERY CARD

Beautiful tools for the hardest moments.

Every card has a front — for the moment you're in — and a back — for the understanding you need. Here's a look inside.

HOW TO USE IT

Three ways to reach for your deck.

01

Reach for one card in a real moment

When you're activated, overwhelmed, or stuck — find the card whose title names where you are right now. Read the front. If you need more, turn it over. One card is always enough to begin.

02

Use the phases as your map

Read the five phase descriptions and notice which one feels most alive to you right now. That's where you start. You can move through in sequence or jump to what you need. The deck holds the whole path — you choose where to walk it.

03

Make it a daily practice

Pull one card each morning as an intention, or one card each evening as a reflection. You don't have to act on it. Just let it be present with you. The deck works best when it becomes a rhythm — a daily touchpoint with your own healing.

CHOOSE YOUR ENTRY POINT

Start where you are.

Everything leads forward.

Begin with what you need now. Every product is designed so you can always take the next step when you're ready.

The Complete Survivor's Toolkit

$37

The See & Assess phase is where most survivors need to start — and it is yours at no cost, because naming what happened is the beginning of everything and no one should have to do it alone.

But naming is not the same as healing.

The confusion lifts when you have language. And then a new question arrives: now what? What do I do with the decisions in front of me? What do I do with a body that is still dysregulated even though I understand why? What do I do with the grief and the anger and the shame that understanding alone hasn't been able to move? What does the life on the other side of this actually look like — and how do I get there?

That is what phases 2 through 5 hold. The complete path — from clarity through stabilisation, through processing, through the full return to yourself.

$37. 81 additional cards. The whole map.

"I expected something simple. What I got was the most comprehensive healing resource I've ever encountered — and I've spent years searching. The 'why it works' explanations alone are worth it. I finally understand what's happening in my body, not just what to do about it."

— Anna, survivor of 20+ years of narcissistic abuse

The woman behind this work

Built by someone who needed every one of these cards.

I'm Jess — licensed counselor, somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and narcissistic abuse recovery specialist. I hold a Master's in Counseling and have spent years developing the specific framework that Somatic Gateway is built on — at the intersection of coercive control dynamics and nervous system healing.

I built The Survivor's Toolkit because I needed every single one of these cards at some point in my own recovery.

The 2am card. The post-contact reset. The one about releasing the fantasy. The one about the responsibility split — which I read a dozen times before it finally landed. And the Phase 5 cards about joy and becoming, which felt completely out of reach for a long time, and then slowly, quietly, didn't.

These are not theoretical tools. They are what worked — in my body, in my life, on the hardest days of my healing. Every card was written from clinical training, somatic practice, and the lived reality of finding my way back from the inside.

If you reach for this deck and it doesn't meet you where you are — reach out. Your healing matters more than the sale.

TESTIMONIALS

From the survivors who have reached for this deck:

"I didn't know what I was looking for when I found this deck. I just knew something was very wrong and I couldn't name it. The first phase alone gave me more clarity than months of trying to figure it out on my own. For the first time, I had words for what happened to me."

— Brae, survivor of 40+ years of narcissistic abuse

"I've read the books and done the therapy. But something about having the simplicity of a card that called out the very moments of struggle changed everything. The grounding and orienting practices especially — I use them every single day. My nervous system finally has somewhere to go."

— Jenn, survivor of 10 years of narcissistic abuse

This is the most comprehensive guide I have seen anywhere! I've ordered and read so many books... but who has time to read them all?? I needed something accessible and doable. THIS toolkit was IT!

-John, Toolkit Purchaser

I've been down the Narcissism rabbit hole for months. This was the first place that actually teaches how to HEAL from it! I can see where I'm at... and even better, where I'm going and how to get there!

— Jamie, Toolkit Purchaser

My healing journey would have been sooooo much faster if I had this toolkit 6 months ago! I've been piecing together my healing for so long. This was the MAP I needed to get me where I want to be.
